How to Set Up Submission Alerts?

If your widget contains a form, you can automatically notify your team whenever a new submission is received.

Enable the Email Notification option to receive an email every time a user submits the form. You can customize the notification with the following fields:

  • Recipient Email – The address where the form submission alert will be sent.
  • Sender Name – The name that appears as the sender of the email.
  • Email Subject – The subject line for the notification email.
  • Email Content – The main message body.

In the Email Content section, you can choose what form data to include:

  • All Fields – Include every field submitted by the user.
  • Specific Fields – Send only selected fields, such as just the email address or name.

This setup ensures that your team is instantly informed with the exact information you need.
